ASAK. THE PHARMA COMPANIES USUALLY GIVE MEDICINE SAMPLES TO THE DOCTORS THRU THEIR REPRESENTATIVES. SOME OF THE DOCTORS GIVE THE SAMPLES (WHEN NEEDED DURING TREATMENT) TO THEIR PATIENTS AND CHARGE FOR THE SAME. IS THIS INCOME HALAAL OR HARAAM ?

In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

The answer to your question is as follows:

If the company gives the medicine to doctor as a gift then they can sell and charge for it. But if it is given to use free of cost for patients then it will be considered as a charity and it will be unlawful for doctor to sell or charge for it. (And Allah knows best)
