Respected scholars in Islam,
All praise be to ALLAH for Blessing you with Best Knowledge .
There is a query asked by my relative.
It is "A person wants to give Zakat to a girl who is unmarried, so can he deposits the amount of Zakat into the bank so that he can give her at the time of her marriage."
Second query is "Can we say God blessyou to nonmuslim".

I thank all my respected teachers in Markazul Ma'arif and request to pray for all of us.

Dear Brother in Islam,
The answers to your questions are as follows:

Possession is necessary for the validity of Zakaat. If someone pays Zakaat to a person, who is entitled to receive it, but does let him take possession over it, the Zakaat won¡¯t be valid. Therefore, if the person does not pay Zakaat to the said girl and deposits the amount of Zakaat into a bank so that he can give her the amount at the time of her marriage, his Zakaat won¡¯t be paid unless he gives her the amount and let her take possession over it. (See Al-Fatawa Al-Hindiyah, Kitaabuz-Zakaat: 1/170)

As regard to your second question, it is permissible to greet non-Muslims with the greeting they do among themselves, but greeting them with the Islamic greeting ¡®Assalamu Alaikum¡¯ is not permitted accept the case of religious or worldly need. For more detail, refer to ¡®Online Darul Ifta, Topic Addab- (Manners / Morality), Message No. 6, SR No. 166/270.

And Allah knows the best,
