Regarding the time of Isha prayers, it is said that 12 midnight post is not suitable. I wanted to know the etiquettes of Isha, witr, and tahajjud prayers.

The answer to your question is as follow:

Isha time lasts till Subhe-Sadiq (true dawn). But performing Isha after midnight is makrooh. Witr time starts just after performing Isha Farz. But one who gets up for Tahajjud in the last hours of the night, he should perform his witr in that time. But if he is afraid of getting up, he should perform witr just after Isha. Meanwhile if one is not able to get up in the last night, he may perform tahajjud after Isha either before or after witr. Tahajjud prayer was the constant habit of the Prophet of Allah (saws). Minimum two rakats and maximum 10 rakats are narrated in Hadith. Prophet of Allah (saws) used to normally pray 8 rakats. (And Allah knows best)
