Janab Mufti sahab,
Please may I know can a lady after a Dawah's work's gathering , and it is time for Salah, do Imamat by standing in the same row as the other ladies & not standing alone in front? Is it right as she says that The Prophet (pbuh) said to his wives to do Imamat of your house?As far as I know whether u do Imamat by standing in the same row or alone in front it is still called Imamat & Imamat is not allowed in ladies.Please comment

Dear Sister in Islam,
The answer to your question is as follows:

Offering Salah in congregation is compulsory for men only. Women are not commanded to offer any kind of Salah in congregation. Therefore, though a woman can lead Salah for women, is forbidden to perform Salah in congregation. However, if a woman leads Salah for other women then she should stand between the followers in one row and not ahead of them.(Shami: 1/418)

As far as the saying referred to the above-mentioned question is concerned, Im not aware of its authenticity. However, if the saying is authentic then it would mean that a woman is responsible for home affairs.
