Also as train changes direction & lots of problems as space is hardly there to read with passengers in their seats. If the men can manage what about ladies if they have to travel along for important reasons?

Dear in Islam,
The answer to your questions is as follows:

1) One who travels by train, plane or other means of traveling more than 48 miles is called Musafir. The Shariah permits a Musafir to offer Qasar Salaah as he/she leaves the local area. And a Musafir will not repeat the Salaah performed maintaining all the conditions of Salaah during his/her journey.

A Musafir starts offering Salaah facing the direction of Qaba and then the train changes the direction, the Musafir also will change if possible; otherwise he/she will continue the Salaah towards the direction he/she has started.

None prohibits offering Salaah even in a train full of passengers. But every passenger provides space for a Musafir either male or female to offer Salaah. Sometime we do not have courage to perform Salaah in the train. Many lame excuses come to our minds and we leave offering Salaah. Islam does not permit missing Salaah even if one can offer by nodding lying on ones bed.

As far as the journey of a woman is concerned, she is not permitted to travel without a company of their Mahram (one with home marriage is forbidden) or husbands. The Prophet of Islam (SAW) is reported as having said:
"? ? ?? ? T? T? ?? ?? ? ?? ? ? ? ? ???? ? ???? ? ? ?Y??? ???? ??? ? ??? D? ??? ?YT " (????221)
It is narrated on the authority of Ibne Abbas (RA) that the Prophet of Islam (SAW) said, A man should not get together with a woman in a separate place, and a woman should not travel without her Mahram.

2) One should perform Qaza as soon as one finds an opportunity. If somebody misses Salaah for a long period and then asks Allah Almighty for forgiveness and offers Salaah regularly, must perform the Qaza of the Salaah he has missed. If he cannot perform Qaza Salaah due to proper reason he must bequeath his relatives to give Fidah (Fidah of one Salaah is to feed a poor to his fill for two meals or give him approximately 1.6kg of wheat or its value in cash) of his Qaza Salaah, otherwise he will be answerable in the sight of Allah Almighty.

To decide the day and the date of Qaza Salaah is necessary. If some forgets he can perform Qaza intending, I am offering the first Fajr of my Fajr Qaza. (Maraqil Falah 362) There is no Qaza of Sunnah. Only the Qaza of Farayeez and Wajib (Witr) will be
