Dear brother in Islam,
Wa'laikumus-Salaam

Du'a after Adhan is Sunnah in general, raising hands during some particular Du'a is also Sunnah and proved by both the kinds of Oral and Practical Ahaadith (i.e. al-hadith al-qauli wal fe'li). But the practice of raising hands on the occasion of Du'a after Adhaan is not found in any Hadeeth, it can't be declared as Sunnah.Yes, if a person raises his hands on this occasion his act would not be considered to be disobedience of Sunnah too. However, not to raise the hands in Du'a after Adhaan is better and desirable.
