Assalamu Alaikum,

The Muslims prayed during Holy Prophet's time facing
Jerusalem until the Holy Prophet got guidence from
Almighty Allah when he was praying to change the
direction towards Makkah. He did it and the entire
congregation also followed him. This was at the
Mosque near Madinah which is now known by the name
of Masjid e Qiblatain - this is the only mosque in
the world where the Muslims prayed at two directions
- before change of direction and after change of

This happened 1400 years ago. If this change had not
happened Muslims today would have been praying in
the direction of Jerusalem which is under occupation
of Israel. Almighty Allah saved the Muslims from an
embarrassment by changing direction of prayer
towards Makkah.

Hope u r well

The write up u sent seems your personal view. If u sent is as a question
then the question is not clear, we are fail to understand what do u mean to
ask us.

I may look at the idea with an other eye as if Qibla Ula (Baitul Maqaddas)
would had not been changed perhaps today Baitul Muqaddas would have been a
part of Suadi Aribia or any other Muslim country. But these are our
imagination no but can say certainly what it would have or had been if it
would had not been changed. Moreover, one is free to imagine according to
his/ her understanding. What u say is not wrong nor I can say it is correct
the case is same with my statement no body can say what it would have been
now. Yes there is nothing wrong Islamically in both yours and mine
