The answer of your question is as follows:

The word used for migration in Arabic is Hijrah derived from hijr, which means to leave something. And in the term of Islam it implies to forsake and migrate from native place for the sake of Allah almighty.

Hazrat Abraham (AS) was so fret to point his people the way to salvation but the disobedient people did not adhere his teachings and guidance except his wife Saara (RA) and his nephew Lut (AS). The people of Abraham plotted to cast him into fire. They threw him into blazing fire but by the grace of Allah almighty, the fire did not harm him and it became cool and a means of safety for him. Then he decided to forsake his ancestral home and find a place where he can convey the massage of Allah almighty. So he migrated from his native place Chalaea of Babel to Syria, Palestine and Egypt where Allah almighty gave him increase and prosperity and a numerous family who upheld the flag of unity and the light of Allah almighty. (Al-Bidaa-yah Onnihaa-yah: V: 1 P: 150)

The Glorious QurˇŻaan mentions his migration in the following verses:

ˇ°But Lut believed him: he said: ˇ°I will leave home for the sake of my Lord: for he is exalted in might, and wise.ˇ± (Al-Ankabut: 29 V: 26)

ˇ°He said: ˇ°I will go to my Lord! He will surely guide me!ˇ± (Assaffaat: 37 V: 99)

As per my best knowledge, Abraham (AS) is the first prophet who migrated for his religion.
