Dear Sister in Islam,
The answer of your question is as follows:

1. Please follow the Answer given under Msg No 3, SR, No 122/117 under same subject.

A widow is not allowed to go out of her home during her Iddah. It is the moral responsibility of the relatives to manage her livelihood if she needs. But if there is none to help and provide her livelihood then she is allowed to go out for this purpose only in daytime and stay at home in the night. (Shami V: 2 P: 673)

2) It is Wajib (necessary to follow) for every wife, whether young or old, whose husband has passed away leaving her behind widow to observe the Iddah of widowhood. Allah almighty says in the Glorious QurĄŻaan: If any of you die and leave widows behind; they shall wait concerning themselves four month and ten daysĄĄ± (Surtul-Baqrah 2: V: 234)

3) A widow is not allowed to go out of her home without any prescribed reason. If she falls ill and needs to see doctor or operation is needed, then she is allowed to go out for this in the nearest hospital for minimum required time. (Shami V: 2 P: 674)
