In the name of Allah the most Gracious the most Merciful

The answer to your question is as follow:

It should be noted that Islam prohibits adopting any source of Haram earning e. g interest, bribe, gambling and cheating, etc. But if any one has any kind of Haram money then it is obligatory for him to return it to the person from whom he has collected it. When it is not possible due to unavailability of the right person or it is not possible to return by any way, then the amount should be distributed among the poor without an intention of reward. And if the children are mature, they can be given the amount, also it can be given to their parents if they are poor, under debt and deserve Sadaqah.(And Allah knows The Best)
