AS SALAAM ALAIKUM,
JZAKALLAH for your reply of my earlier querry,I am really thankful to you.
I request your guidence for my another confusions .
As per Ahle hadith brothers there isn`t any proof having four imaams,not only this they regard us(Hanfis)as bedatees since we have innvoted new things as per them.
One of them told me in an arabic book FATAWA E ALAMGEER written by a wellknown Hanfi ULEMA there is a point about if a person zabah a dog and sell his body is halal.
I`m exteremely unknown about these(I can`t say fact since personally I have no such clues)
please guide me,

Dear Brother in Islam,
The answer of your question is as below:

Taqleed (to follow an Imam in whom one puts one¡¯s trust without questioning any references) is proved by the Glorious Qur¡¯an and the Ahadith. Allah almighty says in the Glorious Qur¡¯an, ¡°O, ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger and Ulool Amr (those charged with authority among you)¡± (Suratun-Nisa: 4 Verse 59) Most of the commentators of the Glorious Qur¡¯an are of the opinion that Ulool Amr means Mujtahideen and Fuqahaa amongst the people of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW). In another verse of the Glorious Qur¡¯aan, Allah Almighty says, ¡°If you know this not, ask of those who possess the message¡±. (Suratun-Nahl: 16 Verse: 43 and Suratul-Ambia: 21 Verse: 7)

Hazrat Huzaifa (RA) reported that they were sitting with the Prophet (SAW) and he said, ¡°I do not know how long I will live among you, so follow these people after me, and he pointed towards Abu Bakar and Umar, holdfast the agreement of Ammar and believe whatever Ibn-e-Masood says.¡± (Tirmizi VO: 2 P: 207)

As far as the four schools of thoughts are concerned, there is no clear statement in the verses of the Glorious Qur¡¯an and the Ahadith. However, there are numerous Ahadith that could be interpreted in relation to these schools. Besides, the four schools of thought are proved by Ijma (the unanimous opinion of the genuine Ulama on a subject that is not stated in the Glorious Qur¡¯an and the Ahadith). And the Ijma is one of the four principles of Shariah. Here are some Ahadith in regards to the four schools:

¡°Follow the majority (of my people)¡± (Mishkaat 30)
¡°Be associated to the Jama¡¯h¡± (Ibid 31)
¡°Allah will not gather my people on deviation¡± (Ibid 30)
¡°My people will not agree to deviation¡± (Mustadrak Vo: 1 P: 201)

All the Ulama unanimously agree that there is no other perfect and complete school of thought except these four schools. Therefore, following these schools is following the majority of Muslim. Moreover, to follow one of these four schools is also Wajib by Ijma¡¯-e- Ummah. And to go against the Ijma is Haram (prohibited). The Glorious Qur¡¯an says, ¡°If anyone contends with the Messenger even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him, and follows a path other than that becoming to men to faith, We shall leave him in the path he has chosen, and land him in hell, what an evil refuge!¡± (Suratunnisa 4 V: 115)

The followers of the four schools are not Bid¡¯ati, but they are the true followers of the Ahadith. For, these schools are based on the authentic Ahadith. And to call somebody who acts upon the Ahadith ¡°Bid¡¯ati¡± is completely ignorance and deviation.

It should be kept in mind that every innovation is not Bid¡¯ah. Otherwise, the compilation of the Glorious Qur¡¯an and the Ahadith will be Bid¡¯ah, because these were not compiled in the period of the Prophet (SAW). And Bid¡¯ah must be avoided. However, any invented act or path in the religion that is followed for the same purpose as Shariah supposed to be followed while it has no reality in the religion such as Azan and Iqamah for the prayers of Eidain is Bid¡¯ah. But the innovation made for strengthening the teachings of Islam is not Bid¡¯ah but desirable such as the compilation of the Glorious Qur¡¯an, Ahadith, Fiqh and the four school of thoughts.

The point you referred to the question about the selling meat of dog is mentioned in Aalam Ghiri. But it should be noticed that the narration of Kufr (infidelity) is not the real Kufr (infidelity). If some one narrates the words of infidelity, he will not be Kaafir (infidel). The author of Aalam Ghiri reported the opinion of some Ulama belong to Samarqand, ¡°The slaughtering purifies the meat and leather of forbidden animals as it does in regard to the meat and leather of permissible animals, if the animal is not inherently unclean such as pig. And to take use of Paak (pure) thing is allowed. Therefore, if some one slaughters a dog and wishes to sell its meat, will be permissible to do¡±. (Aalam Giri VL 3 P 115)

But according to the majority of Ulama the slaughtering does not purify the meat of prohibited animals. Only their leather becomes pure by the slaughter. And to take use of Napaak (impure) thing is prohibited. Therefore, if a person slaughters a dog and wants to sell its meat, will not be allowed to do such. (Shami 1 P 151)

Ghair Muqallideen call themselves ¡°Ahle Hadith¡±. They claim to follow the traditions of the Prophet (SAW) in each and every facet of life. But as a matter of fact, they are the neglectful of the traditions of the Prophet (SAW). And this fact is not secret from one who has studied the books of the Ghair Muqallideen. Few quotations from the books these so called Ahle Hadith are as follow:
(1) It is written in ¡°Budoorul Ahillah¡± that the earning of prostitute is Halal (lawful) while the Prophet of Islam (SAW) is reported as having said, ¡°The earning of adulteress is Khabeeth (unlawful)¡±. (Muslim)

(2) The mastermind of Ghair Muqallideen, Allamah Shawkani and Nawab Siddiq Hasan Khan are of the opinion that covering Satr (the Satr of a man is from the navel to the knees and the Satr of a woman is the whole body save the face, hands and feet) in Salaah is not necessary. To perform Salaah without covering the Satr is permissible. But it is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Prophet of Islam (SAW) said, ¡°None amongst you should offer Salaah wearing a single clothes in such a way that no part of the clothes is on his shoulders¡±. (Muttafaqun Alaihi)

(3) Maulavi Noorul Hasan, A great scholar of Ghair Muqallideen writes in Urfool Javi that the masturbation is permissible, on one side. On the other side, Allah Almighty restricts the natural and lawful exercise of sex only to the wife and slaves. And Allah Almighty calls those Maloon and Aadoon who exceed the described limitation either by practising sexual abuse or sexual perversion. The Lofty Qur¡¯an says, ¡°Who guard their modesty, except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess, for (in their care) they are free from blame, but those whose desires exceed those limits are transgressors¡±. (Suratul Muminun 23 V: 5-7)

(4) Nawab Siddiq Hasan Khan, the mastermind of Ghair Muqallideen writes in Budoorul Ahillah that the Zakaat is not obligatory on the jewelries of gold and silver. But Abdullah bin ¡®Amr bin el-¡®Aas narrates that (once) a woman took her daughter to the Apostle of Allah, the girl was wearing heavy gold bracelets on her wrists. The Prophet (on seeing it) enquired, ¡°Do you pay Zakaat on these bracelets? ¡°No¡±. She replied. ¡°I do not¡±. The Prophet observed, ¡°Will it be a matter of joy for you that, on the day of resurrection, Allah made you wear bracelets of iron for (not paying Zakaat on) these bracelets?¡± Upon it, the good lady took off both the bracelets, and placing them before the Prophet, said, ¡°These now belong to Allah and His Apostle¡±. (Abu Dawood)

(5) It is written in Hadiatul Mahdi, Budoorul Ahillah and Rawza-e-Nadiah that taking out the funeral procession is the nullification of ablution. The people who take out the funeral procession if are in the state of ablution, the funeral procession will nullify the ablution. On the other hand, Imam Bukhari (whose book Ghair Muqallideen present as a reference and claim to follow accordingly) is of the opinion that taking out the funeral procession is not the nullification of ablution. He proves this viewpoint relating the tradition of the Prophet (SAW) and the practice of Ibne Umar (RA) in his book Sahih Bukhari. Now it is up to you to judge either the Ghair Mugallideen are Ahle Hadith or otherwise.

Ghair Muqallidiat is a great movement to deviate simple and innocent Muslims from the true path. This sect tries to cut the relationship of the Muslims with their religious ancestors, when the Islam and its teachings reached us from generation to generation. The Prophet of Islam (SAW) conveyed Islam to his companions, the companions passed on to their successors and thus Islam reached us. Claiming to be a true Muslim while cutting oneself from the religious ancestors is like the claiming to be a legitimate childe breaking one¡¯s relationship with one¡¯s ancestors and father.

The companions of the Prophet (SAW) played a vital role to spread the Islam all over the world. The Prophet of Islam (SAW) is reported as having said, ¡°My companions are like stars and whomsoever you follow will be guided¡±. Every Muslim remembers and takes the name of the companions with honour and respect but this sect of Ghair Muqllideen uses offensive language about the companions of the Prophet (SAW). A Muslim must follow the track, which is followed by the majority of Muslims. One who follows a path other than that of Muslims, the Glorious Qur¡¯an says about the eternal abode of such person, ¡°If anyone contends with the Messenger even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him, and follows a path other than that becoming to men to faith, We shall leave him in the path he has chosen, and land him into hell, what an evi
