Dear brother in Islam,
The answer of your question is as follows:

Islam has stated several principles to guard the modesty of a woman. The sole principle is to abstain herself from men adopting by every possible methods in such a manner that a man even cannot feel the smell of the fragrance that she has applied. For, the beauty of women lies on their faces and shape of their bodies. The dresses which they put on and the perfume that they apply are amongst the sources of their beauty. Therefore, though Islam permits a woman to go out, as per the necessity, concealing her external adornment and guarding herself from men as much as possible, but appearing before people applying perfume is regarded so evil practice in the view of Shariah that the Prophet of Islam (SAW) remarked such a woman an adulteress. It is reported on the authority of Abu Moosa Ashari (RA) that the Prophet of Islam (SAW) said, ¡°Every eye (staring at Ghair Mahram) is an adulteress. When a woman applies perfume and passes by the gathering (of men), she is so and so. The Prophet means that she is an adulteress¡±. (Abu Dawd & Tirmizi) In another Hadith, he says, ¡°A woman who has applied perfume should not go to the Masjid. The Salaah of such a woman is not accepted until she returns home and washes away the perfume¡±. (Al-Hadith) On the basis of the afore-mentioned Ahadith, Ulama say that a woman should not apply perfume when she goes out, particularly the perfume that pervades the surrounding.

And Allah knows the be
