Assalam alaikum.
What is the ruling about supplication after namaze janaza (as prayer itself is supplication), and supplications in front of graves.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Namaze Janazah itself is a prayer for the deceased. It is not approved by sunnah to do dua after the funeral prayer. Moreover, one can make dua at grave. It is sunnah to recite first five verses of Surah Baqarah at the head of the dead and to recite last three verses of Surah Baqrah at his/her leg. It is also sunnah to pray for the dead with face towards kaba silently (not loudly) without raising hands. And, at places where there is no fear of misconception it is allowable to raise hands during praying. (And Allah knows best)
